CONSIDERING BUYING A CONDO?

Buyers are strongly encouraged to review the complete status certificate package, including the corporations rules and regulations. you should always Make sure that the community you're interested in moving to fits your lifestyle and needs TO AVOID BEING SURPRISE BY COMPLIANCE ISSUES LATER. 

Does the unit have enough parking spaces for the number of vehicles your household owns? Are additional spots available? Are residents prohibited from parking in visitors spaces? Is there enough storage space or a locker? Is the building and balconies non-smoking? Pet restrictions? 

STATUS CERTIFICATES

The fee for status certificates is $100, payable by cash in the office or by email transfer using the instructions on the form. Once a request and payment are received, the certificate will be prepared and issued in 10 days. 

If you need your status certificate sooner, please contact us to request it be expedited for an additional charge.


CONDOMINIUM LIVING

Owners need to provide their contact and service address information when they first purchase the unit as well as when any information on file changes. Simply complete the owner information form available below and email to the management office.

When leasing your unit, be sure to check the Corporations bylaws to confirm minimum tenancy length permitted. Short term rentals are not permitted at any Corporation we manage. A copy of the signed lease and a completed tenant information form below must be provided to the Corporation for each tenancy.
